Welcome to "Allwayspresence." My name is Joy Bowen and thank you for your time.

 I believe  that each individual has the right and capacity to prosper and flourish.I have seen it, lived it and assisted others to accomplish it.The human person has a profound ability to change when given wholistic and consistent support. Together, at your pace, we can achieve the change you hope for.

I am strongly influenced by Existential philosophy, working from a foundation of being profoundly present and have the experience of decades behind me.

I hold membership with the Australasian Association of Supervisors and Pacfa. 

I attend regular supervision  in both modalities and comply with the requirements of AAOS and PACFA attending professional development hours each year to enhance my practice.

 

Background

I have lived experience working in wards of high acuity in health facilities, both adult and paediatric.

My experience ensures long-lasting outcomes for those who constantly deal with trauma, heavy 

workloads, dying and those ramifications in daily existence.
